The first payment you make covers the full design phase. Once that’s handled, our architects start creating your custom designs right away!

We'll spend a couple of weeks refining your project, then we’ll present the complete architectural plans, 3D renderings, and the final, detailed cost estimate.
We'll chat through the contract terms and conditions. Once you approve the final design and contract, you'll complete a second payment to authorize us to begin the actual construction.

The construction kick starts to bring the approved plans to life! We’ll keep things moving smoothly. When we hit a major milestone—usually when about 70% of the installation is complete and the site is ready for the painting crew—we’ll request the third payment to continue the work.

It’s the best part! All installations are complete, exactly as laid out in the plans and 3D designs we approved together. We’ll do a final walk-through to make sure everything is perfect. Once you’re completely happy, you release the final payment, and the space is officially yours to enjoy!

1. All payments are charged per square feet based.
2. Validity of price offer: 1 months.
3. Given price is exclusive of Value added Tax (VAT) as per Govt. rules.
4. Delay in payments can affect the project quality and development of the project.
5. To add any other additional work/change of any items or materials, clients need to approve the extra quotation & rate for additional works.
6. If extra work is added by the client, then the delivery time will lengthen based on the amount of extra work.
7. The client must read and understand the contract along with the design process attached to this contract.
8. All design works will start once the payment is received according to the contract.
9. All the materials provided by Space Art and Designs belong to the company. No other party has the right to remove or use the materials and tools under any circumstances without our written permission.
10. Space Art and Designs team reserves the right to use the content of this project for marketing purposes.
11. All payments are non-refundable.
12. The client is not allowed to make communication with our vendors under any circumstances. Any change must follow paper works and permission of Space Art and Designs teams.
13. All work will proceed according approved design; Only the items mentioned in the description box will be supplied by our team. Additional items will need extra charges approved.
