If you love what you see and are ready to move forward, we’ll present a detailed project proposal, a preliminary plan, and a budget outline.
The first payment you make covers the full design phase. Once that’s handled, our architects start creating your custom designs right away!

The Full Design Unveiling
We'll spend a couple of weeks refining your project, then we’ll present the complete architectural plans, 3D renderings, and the final, detailed cost estimate.
We'll chat through the contract terms and conditions. Once you approve the final design and contract, you'll complete a second payment to authorize us to begin the actual construction.

Building Begins & Key Milestones
The construction kick starts to bring the approved plans to life! We’ll keep things moving smoothly. When we hit a major milestone—usually when about 70% of the installation is complete and the site is ready for the painting crew—we’ll request the third payment to continue the work.

Your New Space is Ready!

Terms and Conditions
1. Square Footage Basis: All project fees are calculated based on the total square footage of the space to ensure fair and accurate pricing.
2. Offer Validity: This price proposal remains valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
3. VAT/Tax: Quoted prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be applied according to Government rules.
4. Contract Activation: To officially reserve your slot and start the design process, the project is considered active only once the Confirmation Fee has been cleared.
5. Payment-Linked Progress: To maintain high quality and keep our craftsmen on schedule, work only proceeds when the respective payment milestones are met.
6. Automatic Deactivation: The liability of Space Art and Designs is strictly dependent on timely payments. Failure to clear any payment milestone within [3] business days of the invoice date will result in the automatic deactivation of this contract. In such an event, we are no longer liable for project progress, site supervision, or delivery timelines.
7. Timeline & Delays: Any delay in payments (prior to deactivation) will naturally extend the project delivery date, as our team and material sourcing rely on timely funding.
8. Extra Work: We are happy to accommodate changes! If you wish to add new items or change materials, we will provide a separate quote for your approval before we start that extra work.
9. Delivery Adjustments: If extra work is added, the final delivery timeline will be updated to ensure the new tasks are completed with the same “Space Art” quality.
10. Clear Communication: We encourage all clients to read the design process attached to this contract so we stay perfectly aligned throughout the journey.
11. Material Ownership: All materials and tools brought to the site by our team remain the property of Space Art and Designs until the final handover and full payment are complete.
12. Portfolio Rights: We love showcasing our “Smart Spaces!” Space Art reserves the right to use photos and videos of the project for our portfolio and marketing.
13. Non-Refundable Policy: Because we immediately commit funds to secure your materials and specialized labor, all milestone payments are non-refundable once a project phase begins.
14. Vendor Exclusivity: To avoid technical errors and protect your warranty, please coordinate all requests through our team. Clients are not allowed to communicate directly with our vendors or workers.
15. Scope Guarantee: Work will proceed strictly according to the approved design. Only items listed in the description box are included; additional items will require a separate approved quote.
